  1. Click the "Add" button near the bottom of the screen.
  2. The following popup form will appear allowing you to add an Agency and Contact Person
  3. You must first select the Agency by selecting the Type of Agency from the Agency Type drop down
  4. Then you select the desired Agency from the Agency drop down (please note, if the Agency you desire is not in the list, you must go to Utilities to add the agency before being able to add the Agency to a Case
  5. After you have chosen an Agency, the existing contacts for that Agency are displayed. You must either select an existing contact person, or Insert a new contact person.
  6. After selecting the contact person, click "Return and Select" to add that Contact and Agency to the Case.
