User Permission Levels

ADMINISTRATOR
Full access to case management menu to ENTER/UPDATE case details, print forms and reports
Full access to the UTILITY menu to update tables used for dropdowns
Access to ADMINISTRATION button on UTILITY menu to (add/remove users, change county display name, etc).
Receive notification emails whenever a user changes their password
Receive notification whenever a user is locked out due to too many failed login attempts
Can unlock a locked case record
Can delete a case record
MANAGER
Full access to case management menu to ENTER/UPDATE case details within their sensitivity level
Can print forms and reports for cases within their sensitivity level
Full access to the UTILITY menu to update tables used for dropdowns
DATA ENTRY
Currently the same as MANAGER level
VIEW/PRINT
Can access the case management screen but can not enter or update case details
Can print forms and reports for cases within their sensitivity level
