All of the reports selection screens have a similar structure and should be self explanatory.
Selection Field Notes
- Most of the fields are self explanatory, with some additional notes below
- Minimum blood alcohol - Include the decimal point, example .009
- Primary cause of death - Can be a partial word like HEART which will get any primary cause with that combination of the word. You can also select a specific cause from the drop down list. Is not dependent on upper and lower case character match.
