• Files Size Limits / Resizing
  • The maximum size of an individual attachment cannot be larger than 25MB
  • Images are resized prior to upload based on the following settings (set in the Administration screen)
    • Large - 2100 x 1500
    • Medium - 1200 x 800
    • Small - 750 x 450

Field Descriptions¶

• Upload Files Runtime: Indicates the type of service used for uploading files. ie: HTML4, Flash, HTML5, etc.
  

• Friendly Name This is a user defined name for uploaded files.
  

• Media Type User defined media types can be added using the UTILITIES menu.
  

• Customizable Fields Up to five fields can be added for each media type. Media Types and field names are entered using the UTILITIES menu.
  

• Comment Enter a comment related to the image or document.
  

Common Issues¶

• FAQ-8.0 I'm not able to view the document. I very briefly see a window open but then it's gone
