Backup¶

This process can be run at any time.

Please note: If your backend database (where data actual resides) is located on a server it may get backed up with a daily process although it is a good idea to also do a manual backup periodically. How often you do this backup is up to your internal standards.

Select the BACKUP button from the UTILITIES menu to run a current backup of the database.
