User Level Security consists of 5 Levels:

Please Note: Only ADMINISTRATOR level profiles have the ability to add, change or delete user profiles.
Administrators: Full Access, No Restrictions, Also Create Sync Master and Sync
Users Managers:Full Access, except License Keys, Manage Users or Create Sync Master
DataEntry:Create, Edit, View & Print Decedents and Cremations, all Forms and Reports.
Restricted from Office Data, Office Staff, Certifiers, Delete Decedents, Web Links, Price List, Enter Charges, Print Invoices, Post Payments, Program Options, Death Certificate Setup, Cremation Setup, Forensic Sync, License Keys and Manage Users
ViewPrint:View & Print Decedents and Cremations, All Forms and Reports. Restricted from making any changes to anything in the system
ViewOnly:View Decedents and Cremations. Restricted from printing or changing anything in the system
Sensitivity Level

"Sensitivity Level" (High, Medium or Low) can be set up on the Case Demographics screen and the User Level security setup so that cases can be restricted from view on a case by case basis for specific users. Example: If a user has a MEDIUM sesitivity setting for their login profile, they will only see medium and low sensitivity cases on their selection screen, cases with a HIGH sensitivity setting will not appear.
This function can be used for high profile cases, like a celebrity or political figure for example. It could also be used to "lock" a case. Example: An investigator with a MEDIUM sensitivity profile completes his/her entries for a case and then changes the sensitivity level to HIGH. Immediately, this case will no longer appear in the selection for anyone without a HIGH level profile. If the case needs to be re-opened, the sensitivity level can be changed back to MEDIUM or LOW by anyone with a HIGH profile sensitivity setting.
