Select the report you want to print and then specify additional selection criteria.

All of the reports selection screens have a similar structure and should be self explanatory.

Most of the fields are self explanatory, with some additional notes below
1. Report Title - Can be changed
2. Minimum blood alcohol - Include the decimal point, example .009
3. Substance - Can be a partial word like COCAI which will get any primary cause with that combination of the word, like Crack Cocaine and Cocaine. Is not dependent on upper and lower case character match.
4. Primary cause of death - Can be a partial word like HEART which will get any primary cause with that combination of the word. You can also select a specific cause from the drop down list. Is not dependent on upper and lower case character match.
