Reseting A User Password
Administrator
A user logged into the application with ADMINISTRATOR permissions can reset a users password by going to the UTILITIES menu.
- Select the EDIT button on the right side of the screen that corresponds to the user.
- Select RESET located under the users password. The user will be emailed a new system generated password.

A user can reset their password by selecting FORGOT PASSWORD after entering their user name on the main log in page.
